Our Mandate

The Keystone Company (TKC) is a collective of prophetic strategists based in Singapore, with the mandate to set and hold the foundations of Kingdom-minded organisations and businesses in Singapore, Asia, and beyond.  Through revelation, prophetic foresight and wisdom, we accompany Christian leaders to be Spirit-led in their journey of designing, birthing and leading organisations. 

Our Mission

We work with Christian pioneers and founders to receive and apply revelation from God, especially in the following areas:

Foundational Revelation: to conceptualise, design and birth new organisations and businesses, and

Transitional Revelation: to introduce and implement significant changes to their organisations and businesses.

What is a KEYSTONE?

A keystone, also called a capstone, is the stone set at the apex of an arch structure that holds and locks all the other stones in place, enabling the arch to bear weight.

TKC uses the keystone as a metaphor for the essential and foundational nature of truths, values and actions we contribute to empower the visionaries and solutionists of this age. Moreover, the keystone stands as a symbol of Jesus Christ and his leadership; he is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Our Ethos and Values

  • We build God’s Kingdom; not our own. God’s Kingdom is a limitless, ever-expanding Kingdom; there is always room for more. There is always room for the new.

  • We pursue genuine, God-ordained relationships with those we journey with. Relational community is the first divine blueprint; in our work, we seek to replicate and multiply what God has created and blessed. We value relationship over tasks and transactions.

  • We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are active and crucial for Kingdom advancement. We are Spirit-led in direction and excellent in execution; these two characteristics are not contradictory, but go hand in hand.

  • As prophetic operators, we pursue the justice and mercy of God. We speak the truth - in love. We expect those who journey with us to live out the truths of Micah 6:8:

    “He hasshown you, O mortal, what is good.
    And what does the Lord require of you?
    To act justly and to love mercy
    and to walk humbly with your God.    ”

The Founder

Jennifer Choi is the Founder and Director of The Keystone Company.

Jennifer is a Christian minister and leader. She is a prophet, cross-cultural missionary, church leader, and organisational development  (OD) and strategy consultant. She is a member of the Lion Roars Prophetic Company of the Global Prophetic Alliance (GPA) and  serves as a church leader at Victory Family Centre (VFC) Singapore. She is also the Co-Founder and Strategy & Development Lead for The Mangrove Collective, an international humanitarian and development consulting group.

Jennifer’s mission is to catalyse transformation in individuals, organisations, societies and nations through revelation. As a leader, strategist and entrepreneur she traverses multiple ‘worlds’ (church/ministry, public, non-government/non-profit, business/private sector) to strengthen individuals, teams and organisations - and challenges them into alignment with Kingdom timings and purposes.

Jennifer is a South Korean national who has lived and worked in Korea, the USA, Canada, Timor-Leste, New Zealand and Singapore. She has worked and ministered in numerous nations around the world in Asia, the Pacific Islands, Europe and Africa. She currently resides in Singapore with her husband, three children and their family pet – a mischievous Border Collie.
